I just got a call from Amanda and she is okay with me posting this !!
Dr. Kim's office just called her to tell her that she has been approved for Gastric Sleeve.
Insurance pre-auth it and all - her scheduled surgery date at this time is: March 27th !!
WOW !! TIME FOR MOM TO GET HER A$$ IN GEAR TOO !! I'll be doing the pre-op surgery diet with her and go from there.........This is maybe what I needed to get my rear end in gear

Phyllis....I am SO excited for Amanda. WOW It is awesome that she is SO young and has her entire life ahead of her. WOW She won't have to go through all the junk we all had to go through not getting surgery till we were "older" or somewhat for some. Congrats to her. Tell her she will LOVE Dr. Kim and his staff. He's one AMAZING surgeon and person.
